Refund policy

NIRANJANAM strive to provide the best customer service possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this policy.


1. No refunds are available, only replacements for damaged or defective products(s)


2. Unboxing video is mandatory for the damage or defect claim without any video cut or edits. 


3.When delivery person delivering the product to you, please make sure that there is no damage to the package and ensure the correct product is delivered.


4. In case, if customer receive wrong product, customer has to report within 1 day from the delivery date to make necessary return arrangement. More than 1 day, wrong product return will not be accepted.


5. Once we receive back the product and confirm the issue, we will send a replacement to you


6. We do not accept returns or replacements for products that have been used or are not in their original packaging


7. Returns will not be entertained for reasons of slight difference in colour or feel of material
