Address Details Please provide a full, detailed delivery address (house/flat number, street/landmark, pincode, and a contact phone number) to avoid misdelivery. If an item is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges for re-delivery. We appreciate your careful attention to address details to ensure a smooth delivery.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (India) We ship across India via India Post and other reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 4–6 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.
Delays Niranjanam is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, duty charges or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at niranjanam2025@gmail.com within 5 days dispatch notification with your tracking number
Damaged or Lost Orders If your order arrives damaged don't accept the article. If your article is lost in transit, please contact us within 2 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
